As a professor, she taught classes at Tufts, MIT, and Johnson State College on topics such as GLBT history and politics in the United States, the politics of sexual orientation, and the experiences of those who are affected by stereotypes. She has also been a guest expert on bisexuality on Donohue, Maury Povich, and featured in the magazines Seventeen and Newsweek.

At BSC, Robyn Ochs will share her knowledge of bisexuality in her "Beyond Binaries: Identity and the Sexuality Spectrum" discussion.  She will explore many questions including how we assign labels to our complicated and unique experiences, the relationship between experience and identity, and the question of the fluidity of identity versus fixed identity.
